Custom Design Package

Discovery session / design brief —we start by listening to your vision. Whether you have a plan in mind or want us to guide you, we’ll work together to create a design that fits your lifestyle and budget. After the consultation, we turn your ideas into a tailored tiny home design, focusing on function, and floor plan. From there, we refine the details—finishes, fixtures, and style—while keeping everything on budget.

Your custom design package includes:

2 Rounds of revisions.
- Floor plan.
- 3D images.
- Materials and finishes schedule.
- Build cost estimate valid for 30 days.

Build Contract

Once your design is complete and you’re ready to move forward, we’ll prepare your build contract. This outlines every detail of your project — from pricing and inclusions to timelines and payment milestones — ensuring full transparency before we begin. Once the contract is signed and the deposit received, your trailer is ordered and the build countdown begins.

Move Forward With Your Home

Construction Process

With your trailer foundation on its way, your tiny home starts to take shape. Each stage of the build is carefully managed by our in-house team — from the structural framing through to the final finishes. We work methodically, ensuring quality checks at every step so your home is built to the highest standard. As progress continues, payments are made in stages, keeping the process clear and transparent from start to finish.

Trailer — Ordered, and delivered to our facility.
Framing — walls and roof built.
Exterior Cladding & insulation — sealed and insulated.
Plumbing & electrical — installed to code and signed off by registered trades.
Interior lining.
Cabinetry — Kitchen, Bathroom, and joinery installed
Finishes & Fixtures — flooring, lighting, and final details added.
Quality checks — inspections at each stage.

Delivery & Setup

Completed tiny home is inspected (in person or via video call)
Once approved, transport arranged to your location, or pickup scheduled
If you’ve ordered a deck or requested 720 Homes to organise setup, this will also be completed at this stage.
To ensure the delivery is stress free we have a guide on what we recommend and require for delivery.
If you are unsure of how to prepare for delivery, our team can work with you on this and ensure everything is locked in and ready to recieve your tiny home.
