The path to create your Tiny Home - planning, customizing, constructing - and eventually settling into your Tiny Home is a detailed journey filled with important decisions and exciting milestones. Here is a list of common questions we get.
Frequently asked questions
Are your Tiny Homes custom designed and built?
Yes! We offer a full design service and can build to your specific needs. From layout to finishes and features, our in-house design team will work with you to create your ideal tiny home.
How much does a custom design?
Creating a full custom tiny home design costs $2,000. As part of this process, we work with you to develop your custom brief, select materials, and include any other specific requirements you have.
What sizes do your tiny homes come in?
Our homes can be built up to 3m wide and 10m long, giving you plenty of flexibility for both compact and more spacious layouts.
Can I do the interior myself?
Yes! We offer flexibility to the level of finish we provide with our Tiny Homes. If you would like to finish the interior of your Tiny Home, we will finish the Shell and allow you to take over. The exterior is fully complete and watertight, so you have a secure, weatherproof home while leaving the interior as a blank canvas.
For an additional cost, we can also install all plumbing and electrical, giving you a more finished base to work from.
Are there things I need to be aware of when designing a tiny home?
Yes. Tiny homes on wheels are classified as caravans, so there are size and weight restrictions we need to work within. These aren’t something you need to worry about—our team designs every home to meet the requirements—but it’s important to keep in mind, as it may affect how much you can fit inside your home.
What materials do you use?
All materials used in our Tiny Homes are high-quality and built to last in the Australian climate. Since our homes are on wheels and may change locations, we design them to withstand the toughest conditions Australia can throw at them.
Our team can explain the benefits of the materials we use in depth during the design briefing for your Tiny Home.
